16 Cygni Bb atau HD 186427 b adalah sebuah planet ekstrasurya yang berjarak sekitar 69 tahun cahaya yang terletak di konstelasi Cygnus.[2] Planet ini ditemukan mengorbit sebuah bintang serupa Matahari 16 Cygni B, salah satu komponen bermassa matahari (M☉) dari sistem tiga bintang 16 Cygni. Planet ini mengorbit bintang induknya dengan kurun waktu 799 hari dan merupakan Jupiter eksentrik pertama dan planet pertama yang ditemukan mengorbit sistem bintang ganda.
