Aarif Lee (lahir 26 Februari 1987) adalah seorang aktor dan penyanyi pop asal Hong Kong. Setelah menyanyikan "普通朋友" (bahasa Indonesia: "Teman biasa") di pertemuan, dia ditandatangani oleh Alvin Wang dan Leon Lai dari East Asia Record Production dan menjadi salah satu artis baru pada tahun 2009. Lee juga memenangkan "Pemain Baru Terbaik" di Penghargaan Perfilman Hong Kong ke-29 pada tahun 2010, untuk penampilannya dalam Echoes of the Rainbow.
