Aaron Schimberg
Aaron Schimberg adalah seorang pembuat film asal Amerika Serikat yang dikenal lewat film Chained for Life dan film tahun 2024 A Different Man.[1][2]
Karier
Film panjang pertamanya, Go Down Death, menjadi penutup ajang Film Festival Fantasia tahun 2013.[3] Karya berikutnya, Chained for Life, tayang perdana di BAMcinemaFest dan kemudian dirilis secara teatrikal oleh Kino Lorber pada tahun berikutnya.[1]
Film ketiganya, A Different Man, dibintangi oleh Sebastian Stan dan Adam Pearson serta didistribusikan oleh A24. Film ini ditayangkan di Festival Film Sundance 2024.[2] A Different Man masuk nominasi Academy Award untuk Tata Rias dan Penata Rambut Terbaik pada ajang Oscar ke-97. Pada tahun yang sama, Schimberg juga dinobatkan oleh Variety sebagai salah satu dari sepuluh sutradara baru yang patut diperhatikan di Festival Film Internasional Palm Springs.[4]
