Abba Eban (bahasa Ibrani: אבא אבן, 2 Februari 1915 – 17 November 2002) adalah seorang diplomat dan politikus Israel. Ia lahir dengan nama Aubrey Solomon Meir di Cape Town, Afrika Selatan, Eban pindah ke Inggris. Ia bersekolah di St Olave's Grammar School dan Queens' College, Cambridge. Setelah lulus, ia melakukan riset terhadap basa Arab dan bahasa Ibrani dari tahun 1938–1939.Pada saat Perang Dunia II pecah, Eban pergi untuk bekerja kepada Chaim Weizmann di London dari bulan Desember tahun 1939. Tidak lama ia bergabung dengan pasukan Britania Raya, di mana dia menjadi mayor.
