Abel Pires da Silva (né Seran Toza Lialuli; lahir 24 Mei 1976) adalah seorang ilmuwan komputer dan politikus Timor Leste. Dari Maret 2022 sampai Juli 2023, ia menjadi Menteri Pekerjaan Publik dalam Pemerintahan Konstitusional Timur Leste VIII pimpinan Perdana Menteri Taur Matan Ruak.[1]
