Adikhalamani adalah seorang Raja Kush dari Meroe yang berasal dari abad ke-2 SM. Adikhalamani adalah penerus Raja Arqamani dan kemudian ditruskan oleh raja yang namanya hanya tersemat sebagian: (...)mr(...)t. Ia dikatakan merupakan tokoh sezaman dengan pemberontakan Mesir pada sekitar tahun 207-186 SM.[1] Pada pemberontakan tersebut, seorang penguasa, Horwennefer (yang mungkin merupakan orang Nubia) mengambil alih Thebes dan memberontak melawan Ptolemy IV Philopator. Pemberontakan berakhir pada sekitar tahun 186 BCE saat Ankhwennefer (penerusnya atau mungkin Horwennefer dengan nomen berbeda) ditangkap dan dieksekusi.[2]
