Agnes dari Dampierre (1237 – 7 September 1288) merupakan seorang Nyonya Bourbon dan ahli waris dari seluruh wilayah Bourbon. Agnes adalah putri Archambaud IX dari Bourbon dan Yolande I, Comtesse Nevers. Ia menikah dengan Jean de Bourgogne,[1] putra Hugues IV, Adipati Bourgogne. Putrinya, Beatrix dari Bourbon, menikah dengan Robert, Comte Clermont pada tahun 1272[2] dan putra sulung mereka Louis I, le Boiteux menjadi yang Adipati Bourbon pertama.
