Agrigento ⓘ (bahasa Sisilia: Girgenti), adalah sebuah kota di pesisir selatan Sisilia, Italia dan ibu kota Provinsi Agrigento. Kota ini terkenal sebagai tempat bekas kota kuno Yunani yang bernama Akragas (juga dikenal sebagai Acragas (Ἀκράγας) dalam bahasa Yunani, Agrigentum dalam bahasa Latin, serta Kerkent dalam bahasa Arab), yaitu sebuah kota utama dalam lingkup Magna Graecia, yaitu selama masa keemasan Yunani Kuno.
Pada tahun 2004 kota ini memiliki penduduk sebanyak 54.400 jiwa.
Kota ini juga dinyatakan sebagai Warisan Dunia UNESCO dengan adanya Valle dei Templi (Lembah Kuil) serta sejumlah peninggalan masa Yunani dan Romawi lainnya.
