Air terjun Fulmer (bahasa Inggris: Fulmer Falls) adalah salah satu air terjun yang terletak di Tempat Rekreasi George W. Childs di Dingmans Ferry, Pike County, Pennsylvania, Amerika Serikat. Air terjun ini berada di bawah Factory Falls dan di atas Deer Leap Falls di Sungai Dingmans. Dengan ketinggian 17 meter (55 kaki), Fulmer adalah air terjun tertinggi di antara 2 air terjun lainnya.
Air terjun ini dapat dijangkau di 41°14′12.36″N 74°54′55.62″W / 41.2367667°N 74.9154500°W dari Childs Park Road, barat Lake Road (State Route 2004); 2,6 kilometer (1,6 mil) di utara Pennsylvania Route 739.
