Akhkhazu, juga dikenal sebagai Ahhazu, adalah sesosok iblis perempuan pembawa penyakit kuning dari mitologi Akkadia yang kemudian diadopsi oleh mitologi Babilonia. Nama Sumerianya adalah Dimme-kur. Ia juga dijuluki "sang penangkap". Ia membawa penyakit demam dan wabah, serta merupakan anggota dari trio iblis perempuan (Labasu, Labartu, Akhkhazu).[1] Meskipun kata "Akhkhazu" bergender maskulin, Akhkazu sering kali digambarkan memiliki kodrat feminin.
