Akiko Ikuina (生稲 晃子, Ikuina Akiko, lahir 28 April 1968 di Tokyo) adalah seorang penyanyi, aktris, tarento, dan politikus Jepang.[1][2] Ia bergabung dengan grup idola pop Jepang Onyanko Club pada tahun 1986.[3][4]
