Akira Gunji (郡司 彰, Gunji Akira, lahir 11 Desember 1949) adalah seorang politikus Jepang dari Partai Demokrat dan anggota Dewan Penasihat dalam Parlemen (legislatur nasional). Ia kini menjadi Wakil Presiden Dewan Penasihat.

Berasal dari Mito, Ibaraki dan keluaran dari Universitas Meiji Gakuin, ia terpilih dalam Dewan Penasihat untuk pertama kalinya pada 1998.
