Al-Maghtas (bahasa Arab: المغطس) adalah sebuah Situs Warisan Dunia arkeologi di Yordania di tepi timur Sungai Yordan, yang secara resmi disebut Tempat Baptis "Betania di Luar Yordania" (Al-Maghtas). Tempat tersebut dianggap merupakan tempat asli pembaptisan Yesus dan pelayanan Yohanes Pembaptis dan telah dimuliakan setidaknya sejak zaman Bizantium.[1]
