Albert Charpin, (30 Januari 1842 – 7 Maret 1924). He adalah pelukis naturalis yang terkait dengan sekolah Barbizon. Dia melukis objek nyata dalam pengaturan alami. Seorang murid Charles-François Daubigny, Charpin adalah seorang pelukis pemandangan alam dengan, biasanya, seorang gembala dan anjing penjaganya merawat hewan, sapi atau domba. Ciri khas lukisannya adalah pose natural dan ketenangan para aktornya, dalam konteks cahaya pagi, dengan langit mendung. Dia adalah anggota terkenal dari Barbizon School. Salah satu lukisannya, "Le Retour la Ferme", berada di Musée des Beaux-Arts di Chambéry di Savoie. Lukisannya juga dapat ditemukan di museum dan koleksi pribadi di tempat lain di Eropa dan Amerika.
