Alberto Gonzales
Alberto Gonzales (lahir 4 Agustus 1955) adalah Jaksa Agung Amerika Serikat ke-80. Ia diangkat sebagai Jaksa Agung oleh Presiden George W. Bush sejak 3 Februari 2005. Pada masa Bush menjabat Gubernur Texas, Gonzales menjabat sebagai Penasihat Hukumnya (1994-1997). Selanjutnya ia menjabat sebagai Sekretaris Negara Bagian Texas (1997-1999) dan kemudian di Mahkamah Agung Texas (1999-2000). Gonzales kemudian menjabat sebagai Penasihat Hukum Gedung Putih di bawah Bush sejak tahun 2001 hingga 2005. Pada 27 Agustus 2007, ia mengumumkan pengunduran dirinya efektif 17 September 2007.
