Alessi Brothers, juga dikenal sebagai Alessi, adalah duo penyanyi-penulis lagu pop rock Amerika Serikat yang pertama kali menjadi terkenal di dunia internasional dengan single hit mereka tahun 1977 "Oh, Lori". Duo ini adalah saudara kembar identik, Billy dan Bobby Alessi (lahir 12 Juli 1953, West Hempstead, New York).[1]

Kehidupan awal

Di awal masa remajanya, kakak beradik ini bersekolah di West Hempstead High School dan membentuk band The Country Gentlemen dengan teman sekolahnya Don Droege dan drummer Bob Pelicane. Band ini sering bermain di klub remaja bernama The Mod Scene dan pertunjukan klub pantai musim panas Long Island, serta bermain di tempat lain termasuk Murray the K's World di Roosevelt Field, Raleigh Hotel di Catskills, dan The Café Wha? di Greenwich Village.[2] Band ini merilis satu single berjudul "Saturday Night" yang dikreditkan ke William Alessi.[3]
