Alex Retraubun (lahir 31 Mei 1960) adalah Wakil Menteri Perindustrian Indonesia sejak tanggal 20 Mei 2010 yang mendampingi Menteri Perindustrian Mohamad Suleman Hidayat pada Kabinet Indonesia Bersatu II.[1]
Ia menyelesaikan pendidikannya sebagai Sarjana Perikanan, Universitas Pattimura (1985) dan S2 Manajemen Kelautan, Universitas Newcastle (1991).
Ia pernah menjabat sebagai Dirjen Kelautan, Pesisir, dan Pulau-Pulau Kecil (KP3K) pada Departemen Kelautan dan Perikanan (2005–2009).
