Korporal Alexander A. Forman (14 Januari 1843 – 3 Maret 1922) adalah seorang prajurit dan tentara Amerika Serikat yang berjuang dalam Perang Saudara Amerika. Forman meraih penghargaan tertinggi di negara tersebut atas keberanian saat bertempur, Medal of Honor, atas pengabdiannya dalam Pertempuran Seven Pines di Virginia pada 31 Mei 1862. Ia dianugerahi penghargaan tersebut pada 17 Agustus 1895.[1][2]
