Alexander Ignatyevich Molodchy (bahasa Rusia: Алекса́ндр Игна́тьевич Моло́дчий; bahasa Ukraina: Олександр Гнатович Молодчий, Oleksandr Gnatovych Molodchyi; 27 Juni 1920 – 9 Juni 2002) adalah seorang pilot Uni Soviet. Ia diangkat menjadi Pahlawan Uni Soviet pada dua kesempatan terpisah (22 Oktober 1941 dan 31 Desember 1942[1]).
