Alexius IV Angelus (atau Alexios IV Angelos) (bahasa Yunani: Αλέξιος Δ' Άγγελος) (c. 1182 – 8 Februari 1204) adalah Kaisar Romawi Timur yang berkuasa dari Agustus 1203 hingga Januari 1204. Ia adalah putra dari Kaisar Isaakius II Angelus, dan istri pertama Irene. Pamannya adalah Alexius III Angelus.
