Dr. H. Ali Mufthi, S.Ag., M.Si. (lahir 17 Oktober 1970) adalah seorang politikus Indonesia dari Partai Golkar yang menjabat sebagai anggota DPR-RI sejak 6 Mei 2021 menggantikan Gatot Sudjito yang meninggal dunia pada 18 Januari 2021.[1] Ia mewakili daerah pemilihan Jawa Timur VII, yang meliputi Magetan, Ngawi, Pacitan, Ponorogo, dan Trenggalek. Saat ini, ia bertugas di Komisi V.
