Alicia Pietri Montemayor (14 Oktober 1923 – 9 Februari 2011) adalah seorang tokoh masyarakat di Venezuela yang dua kali menjabat sebagai Ibu Negara Venezuela (1969–1974 dan 1994–1999) sebagai istri dari presiden Venezuela Rafael Caldera. Ia merupakan pendiri Museum Anak-anak Caracas. Ia menjabat sebagai presiden Yayasan Anak-anak di Venezuela, dan juga terlibat dalam organisasi lain yang didedikasikan untuk perawatan anak-anak.[1]
