Allen Lee Peng-fei, CBE, JP (Hanzi: 李鵬飛; 24 April 1940 – 15 Mei 2020) adalah seorang industrialis, politikus dan komentator politikus asal Hong Kong. Ia menjadi anggota Dewan Legislatif Hong Kong, yang menjabat dari 1978 sampai 1997 dan anggota senior legislatur dari 1988 sampai 1991. Ia juga merupakan anggota tak resmi Dewan Eksekutif Hong Kong dari 1986 sampai 1992. Ia merupakan ketua pendiri Partai Liberal, sebuah partai pro-bisnis pada 1993 sampai ia pensiun usai kalah dalam pemilu 1998. Usai pensiun, ia menjadi komentator politik dan memandu Legco Review, sebuah acara televisi mingguan RTHK tentang berita soal Dewan Legislatif.[1]
