Sir Allen Montgomery Lewis GCMG GCVO KStJ (26 Oktober 1909 – 18 Februari 1993) adalah seorang pengacara dan pegawai negeri dari Saint Lucia yang dua kali menjabat sebagai Gubernur Jenderal negara tersebut.[1]
