AlphaGo versus Lee Sedol, juga dikenal sebagai Pertandingan Google DeepMind, adalah sebuah pertandingan Go dalam lima babak antara Lee Sedol, sang juara dunia 18 kali, dan AlphaGo, program komputer untuk permainan Go yang dikembangkan Google DeepMind yang dimainkan di Seoul, Korea Selatan pada tanggal 9 dan 15 Maret 2016. AlphaGo memenangi empat babaknya; di mana tiap babak berakhir oleh kata "menyerah". Pertandingan ini sering disanding-sandingkan dengan pertandingan catur bersejarah antara Deep Blue dan Garry Kasparov pada 1997 silam.
