Amata Kabua 17 November 1928 – 20 Desember 1996 adalah Presiden pertama Kepulauan Marshall. Sebelumnya, ia merupakan seorang guru sebuah sekolah dasar. Selain sebagai presiden, ia juga menggubah lagu kebangsaan Kepulauan Marshall, Forever Marshall Islands. Ia meninggal di Hawaii pada usia 68 tahun.
