Amir Yanto (lahir 5 Oktober 1965) adalah Kepala Badan Pemulihan Aset Kejaksaan Agung yang dilantik oleh Jaksa Agung ST Burhanuddin sejak 19 Februari 2024 hingga 31 Oktober 2025.
Sebelumnya dia menjabat sebagai Jaksa Agung Muda Bidang Pengawasan sejak 30 Juli 2020 dan Jaksa Agung Muda Bidang Intelijen sejak 5 Januari 2022 hingga 19 Februari 2024.[1]
Organisasi Profesi
Ia pernah menjabat sebagai Ketua Umum Persatuan Jaksa Indonesia (PJI) pada periode 2021–2024.
