Anggur Shiraz

Untuk anggur modern "Shiraz", lihat Syrah.

Anggur Shiraz mengacu pada dua anggur yang berbeda. Secara historis, nama tersebut mengacu pada anggur yang diproduksi di sekitar kota Shiraz di Iran saat ini.[1][2] Saat ini, "Shiraz" merupakan nama alternatif dari anggur Syrah yang banyak digunakan di Australia dan Afrika Selatan. Anggur "Shiraz" modern identik dengan Syrah dan berasal dari Prancis tenggara tanpa ada hubungan yang jelas dengan kota Shiraz.[3]
