Anggur berbuih

Anggur berbuih adalah sebuah minuman anggur dengan tingkat karbon dioksida yang tinggi, sehingga dapat berkarbonasi. Meskipun frasa tersebut umumnya merujuk kepada sampanye, negara-negara Uni Eropa secara sah menyatakan bahwa istilah tersebut ditujukan kepada produk-produk yang secara khusus diproduksi di wilayah Sampanye dari Prancis. Anggur berbuih biasanya berwarna putih atau rosé, tetapi terdapat contoh-contoh anggur berbuih merah seperti Brachetto, Bonarda dan Lambrusco dari Italia, Cava dari Spanyol, Shiraz dari Australia, dan "Mutiara Azerbaijan" dari Azerbaijan yang terbuat dari anggur Madrasa.[1]
