Angsa bersayap biru[2] (Cyanochen cyanoptera) adalah spesies unggas air yang endemik ke Ethiopia. Spesies ini merupakan satu-satunya anggota genus Cyanochen.
Burung ini berbulu cokelat kekelabuan dengan panjang 70 sentimeter (28 in). Kepala dan leher atasnya sedikit lebih pucat, dan memiliki paruh kecil dan kaki yang hitam. Merupakan jenis angsa berukuran sedang, bila berdiri tampak pucat, kelabu dan putih kusam, terkadang menunjukkan warna biru di sepanjang tepian sayapnya.[3] Sayap depannya yang biru pucat tampak saat terbang. Kedua jenis kelamin tampak mirip, tetapi burung muda lebih pucat. Bulu burung ini tebal dan longgar, mirip bulu, sebagai adaptasi untuk kehidupan di dataran tinggi Etiopia.[4]
