Anjouan (bahasa Arab: أنجوان, juga disebut Ndzuwani atau Nzwani) adalah pulau dan Republik Otonomi dalam Uni Komoro. Pulau ini terletak di Samudra Hindia. Ibu kotanya adalah Mutsamudu, dan populasinya pada tahun 2006 sekitar 277.500 jiwa. Luas wilayah pulau ini adalah 424 kilometer persegi.
