Anna Karina (nama lahir Hanne Karin Bayer,[1][2] 22 September 1940 – 14 Desember 2019)[3] adalah seorang pemeran, sutradara, penulis, dan penyanyi Denmark-Prancis. Ia tampil dalam banyak film, yang meliputi The Little Soldier, A Woman Is a Woman, My Life to Live, Bande à part (Band of Outsiders), Pierrot le Fou (Crazy Pete) dan Alphaville.
