Anne Gwynne (nee Marguerite Gwynne Trice; 10 Desember 1918 – 31 Maret 2003) adalah seorang aktris dan model Amerika yang dikenal sebagai salah satu scream queen pertama karena banyak penampilannya dalam film horor.
