Ansambel Genggong
Genggong adalah salah satu instrumen musik tradisional Bali yang diwariskan secara turun-temurun dari para seniman terdahulu. Instrumen ini termasuk dalam jenis alat musik getar dan dikenal memiliki bentuk kecil, sederhana, tetapi unik. Genggong biasanya dibuat dari pelepah enau (pugpug dalam bahasa Bali).[1]
Sejarah
Sejarah gonggong dimulai sejak abad ke 19. Dibuat oleh Maha Patih Gajah Mada yang bernama Tapak Mada ketika beristirahat di hutan.[2]
