Antikythera atau Anticythera (/ˌæntɪkɪˈθɪərə/, /ˌæntɪsɪˈθɪərə/; bahasa Yunani Kuno: Ἀντικύθηρα bahasa Yunani: Αντικύθηρα, [andiˈciθira], bermakna "lawan dari Kythira") adalah sebuah pulau kecil yang berada di Laut Aegea, diapit oleh Pulau Kreta dan Peloponnesos, Yunani. Secara administratif, pulau ini masuk di wilayah Kythira. Luas pulau ini sebesar 20,43 kilometer persegi dengan jumlah penduduk 68 jiwa (2011). Pulau ini menjadi tempat ditemukannya mekanisme Antikythera, sebuah kalkulator mekanik yang diyakini sebagai salah satu cikal bakal komputer mekanik di dunia.
