Antonio Barluzzi (26 September 1884 – 14 Desember 1960) adalah seorang arsitek Italia yang dikenal sebagai "Arsitek Tanah Suci" karena membuat gereja-gereja peziarahan di Taman Getsemani, Gunung Tabor (dianggap sebagai Gunung Transfigurasi), Bukit Sabda Bahagia (tempat Kotbah di Bukit) dan makam Lazarus di Betania. Ia juga merestorasi dan memperbaharui banyak gereja kapel yang meliputi kapel Katolik di Kalvari, dalam Gereja Makam Kudus. Kebanyakan karyanya diminta oleh Kustodi Tanah Suci Fransiskan, di mana ia berafiliasi sebagai awam alih-alih anggota profesi.[1]
