Anushtegin Gharchai (juga dieja Anush-Tegin; bahasa Persia: نوشتکین غرچه; meninggal tahun 1097) adalah komandan budak (ghulam) asal Turki dari Seljuk dan gubernur Khwarezmia dari sekitar tahun 1077 hingga 1097. Ia adalah anggota keluarganya yang pertama yang berperan dalam sejarah Khwarezmia, dan Dinasti Anushtegin yang akan menguasai provinsi itu pada abad ke-12 dan awal abad ke-13.
