Apatin (Kiril Serbia: Апатин, bahasa Jerman: Abthausen) ialah sebuah kota dan kotamadya di Distrik Backa Barat, Vojvodina (Serbia). Kota ini berpenduduk 1.561.000 jiwa. Desa-desa yang ada di Apatin adalah Kupusina, Prigrevica, Svilojevo, dan Sonta.
Apatin pertama kali disebutkan dalam dokumen tertulis pada tahun 1011 oleh Biara dari Keuskupan Kalocsa. Apatin berfungsi sebagai produsen MiRas besar di Serbia pada tahun 1756. Antara tahun 1992-2003, Apatin merupakan bagian dari Republik Federal Yugoslavia, antara tahun 2003-2006 menjadi bagian dari Serbia-Montenegro, dan sejak tahun 2006 menjadi bagian dari Serbia merdeka.
