Arcinazzo Romano berbatasan dengan munisipalitas-munisipalitas berikut ini: Affile, Jenne, Piglio, Roiate, Serrone, Subiaco, Trevi nel Lazio. Kota trsebut disebut Ponza sampai 1891.
