Armadilo-berambut jerit (Chaetophractus vellerosus) adalah sebuah spesies armadilo yang juga dikenal sebagai armadilo-jerit kecil, armadilo menangis atau armadilo-berambut kecil.[3][4] Spesies ini adalah sejenis armadilo penggali yang ditemukan di bagian tengah dan selatan Amerika Selatan. Kata "jerit" pada nama umumnya berasal dari kebiasaannya yaitu menjerit saat dipegang.[4]
