Armley adalah sebuah distrik di bagian barat Leeds, West Yorkshire, Inggris. Distrik ini berjarak kurang dari satu mil dari pusat kota Leeds. Sebagaimana Leeds, Armley tumbuh pada masa revolusi industri dan memiliki beberapa pabrik, salah satunya adalah yang sekarang menjadi Museum Armley Mills. Armley sekarang menjadi wilayah kelas pekerja, tetapi masih mempertahankan banyak usaha industri kecil.
Lokasi
Distrik ini terletak di antara jalan M621 dan A65, membentang dari bundaran New Wortley (yang juga dikenal dengan Armley Gyratory) hingga permulaan jalan Stanningley By-pass yang bersatu dengan Bramley. Armley disebutkan dalam Domesday Book 1086 sebagai Ermelai.[1]
Secara historis Armley adalah wilayah kelas pekerja, memiliki banyak perumahan padat penduduk. Secara politik daerah ini merupakan basis dari Partai Buruh sejak dahulu, meskipun kebijakan partai belakangan ini membuat banyaknya pemilih yang abstain.
