Arnuwanda III merupakan penguasa terakhir dari Kerajaan Het (Kerajaan Baru) (skt. 1209–1207 SM (Kronologi Pendek). Arnuwanda adalah putra Tudḫaliya IV dan cucu dari Hattusili III dan Puduḫepa. Posisinya dengan cepat digantikan oleh saudaranya Suppiluliuma II.
