Arthur Mackley (3 Juli 1865 – 21 Desember 1926) adalah seorang pemeran dan sutradara Inggris pada era film bisu. Ia tampil dalam 151 film antara 1910 dan 1925. Ia giat memerankan seorang sheriff dalam film-film koboi,[1] membuatnya mendapatkan julukan "Sheriff" Mackley.[2] Ia juga menyutradarai 64 film antara 1911 dan 1915, setidaknya 26 film untuk perilisan Reliance-Mutual.[1]
Ia lahir di Portsmouth, Hampshire, Inggris dan meninggal di Los Angeles, California.
