Asha Parekh (kelahiran 2 Oktober 1942) adalah seorang aktris, sutradara, dan produser film asal India yang muncul pada banyak film yang sukses secara komersial sepanjang kariernya. Ia adalah aktris dengan bayaran tertinggi pada masanya dan merupakan salah satu aktris paling sukses pada 1960-an dan 1970-an.[2][3] Ia dianggap sebagai salah satu aktris paling berpengaruh sepanjang masa pada perfilman Hindi.[4] Pada 1992, ia dianugerahi dengan Padma Shri oleh Pemerintah India atas kontribusinya pada bidang perfilman.
