Assembly Rowdy adalah sebuah film Telugu 1991 yang disutradarai oleh B. Gopal dan diproduseri oleh Mohan Babu. Film tersebut dibintangi oleh Mohan Babu dan Divya Bharati sebagai pemeran utama.[1][2] Film tersebut merupakan sebuah buat ulang dari film Tamil 1990 Velai Kidaichuduchu dan kemudian dibuat ulang dalam bahasa Hindi pada 1996, berjudul Loafer, dibintangi oleh pemeran-pemeran populer Anil Kapoor dan Juhi Chawla.
