Atotoztli (Nahuatl Klasik: Atotoztli [atoˈtostɬi]) atau Huitzilxochtzin (Nahuatl Klasik: Huitzilxōchtzin [witsiɬˈʃoːtʃtsin]) adalah anak perempuan kaisar Aztek yang bernama Motecuzoma I. Ibunya adalah Chichimecacihuatzin I, yang merupakan anak perempuan Cuauhtototzin, penguasa Cuauhnahuac.
Ia menikahi Tezozomoc, anak kaisar yang sebelumnya, Itzcoatl. Pernikahan ini dikaruniai tiga anak laki-laki yang kelak akan menjadi kaisar: Axayacatl, Tizoc, dan Ahuitzotl.
Beberapa sumber menunjukkan bahwa ia pernah menjadi wali raja atau mungkin bahkan sebagai huey tlatoani. Anales de Tula dan Relación de la Genealogía mengatakan bahwa ia menguasai Persekutuan Tiga Kaum Aztek kemungkinan selama 30 tahun. Di sisi lain, dokumen yang membuat klaim tersebut tidak dibuat pada zaman Atotoztli II, tetapi disusun atas permintaan Juan Cano de Saavedra untuk mendukung klaim istrinya, Isabel Moctezuma, sebagia pewaris Tenochtitlan.
