Audrey Tautou (IPA: [odʀe totu]; lahir 9 Agustus 1976)[1] adalah seorang aktris film asal Prancis, yang melesat lewat perannya dalam film Le Fabuleux Destin d'Amélie Poulain (2001. Pada tahun 2006 Audrey membintangi film The Da Vinci Code bersama dengan Tom Hanks.
Sebelumnya ia pernah membintangi beberapa film diantaranya Emily dan A Very Long Engagement.
