Avraham "Avi" Gabbay (Ibrani: אַבְרָהָם "אָבִי" גַּבַּאי,[1] lahir 22 Februari 1967) adalah seorang pengusaha dan politikus asal Israel. Ia adalah CEO perusahaan telekomunikasi Bezeq dari 2007 sampai 2013, kemudian masuk politik. Ia menjabat sebagai Menteri Perlindungan Lingkungan Hidup antara 2015 dan 2016, sebelum terpilih menjadi ketua Partai Buruh Israel pada 2017. Ia terpilih dalam Knesset pada April 2019, tetapi mundur dari jabatan ketua tak lama setelahnya.[2]
