Ayako Fuchigami

Ayako Fuchigami (渕上 綾子, Fuchigami Ayako, lahir 16 Januari 1975)[1] adalah seorang pejabat daerah Hokkaido. Saat ia terpilih pada April 2019, ia menjadi orang transgender terbuka pertama yang memperebutkan atau memenangkan jabatan tingkat daerah terpilih di Jepang.[2]
