Ayesha Takia (lahir 10 April 1986) adalah seorang aktris film India yang tampil dalam perfilman Bollywood. Ia membut debut filmnya dalam Taarzan: The Wonder Car yang membuatnya memenangkan Penghargaan Debut Terbaik Filmfare pada 2004. Film-film terkenalnya juga meliputi Socha Na Tha (2005), Dor (2006), dan Wanted (2009).[2]
